Blake Canterbury
Keynote Speaker

Inspiring people to action. Blake is a social entrepreneur dedicated to good and the founder of Purposity. Purposity comes from the core belief that humanity finds purpose through generosity. Purposity. Everywhere around us we see people in need. We also see people who want to help others but don’t know how. We connect those dots through the power of text messaging and social media.

Blake founded his first company based on social media in 2009: beremedy. It was named one of the “3 best twitter usages worldwide” by CNN (3/20/11). It was also one of the leading organizations in bringing aid to Haiti after the major earthquake.

We will have a variety of things going on throughout the room. Please feel free to grab a beverage and have a look around! All proceeds from the evening will benefit the Perry County Community Foundation and help further our overall goal to improve the quality of life in Perry County.
