The Perry County Community Foundation is guided by a diverse board of directors, united by a single priority: the well-being of our community. From business leaders and government officials to local philanthropists, our board represents a broad range of perspectives and expertise, ensuring that every voice in Perry County is considered as we work to make a lasting impact.

Chairperson
Terina Dillahay
Terina Dillahay, Chairperson of the Perry County Community Foundation Board, is a lifelong Perry County resident and Commercial Account Executive at First State Insurance Agency. With more than 20 years in the insurance industry, she is also active in community organizations including FLOURISH: Perryville Women’s Leadership Collective and Impact 100 Perry County. Guided by the belief that “together we can do so much,” Terina is passionate about helping Perry County flourish and supporting local nonprofits.

Natalie Lorenz
Natalie Lorenz, Deputy General Counsel with the Bank of Missouri, was born and raised in Perry County and returned in 2016 to practice law in her hometown. A Perryville High School graduate, she also holds degrees from SEMO and Southern Illinois University School of Law. Natalie serves on the boards of Impact 100 Perry County and Flourish: Perryville Women’s Leadership Collective. She and her husband, Kyle, have two children, Dawson and Caroline. Passionate about helping her community thrive, Natalie enjoys strategy-driven work that builds a strong future for Perry County.

Secretary
Keith Lorenz
Keith Lorenz serves on the Perry County Community Foundation Board and is a financial advisor with Edward Jones in Perryville. With deep family roots in Perry County, he and his wife, Julie, are proud parents of two grown daughters and a grandchild, along with their dog, Dizzy. A committed community volunteer and Mizzou fan, Keith has served on multiple committees and is always ready to lend his expertise to support local initiatives.

Treasurer
Garrett Behrle
Garrett Behrle, Treasurer of the Perry County Community Foundation Board, is a Perryville native and managing owner of Dreyer Electric Company. He attended Southeast Missouri State University and lives in Perryville with his wife, Shannon, and their three children. Garrett enjoys watching his children’s sporting events and is also an accomplished pitmaster—his BBQ team, the Notorious P.I.G., took first place in the 2025 Gettin’ Sauced competition supporting local veterans.

Amy Hager
Amy Hager serves on the Perry County Community Foundation Board and is an Accountant at HSB Advisors LLC specializing in tax preparation. She earned her MBA in 2006, has been with HSB for 18 years, and became a partner in 2023 after managing the Perryville office for several years. A Perryville resident for nearly 30 years, Amy is actively involved in the community and is passionate about volunteering and supporting organizations that create positive change, aligning closely with PCCF’s mission to serve local needs.

Amy Camarillo
Amy Camarillo serves on the Perry County Community Foundation Board. She is a Business and Marketing Instructor for Perry County School District #32 and serves as Facilitator for the CEO (Creating Entrepreneurial Opportunities) program. A Perryville High School graduate, she holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Education from Southeast Missouri State University and is certified in marketing. A lifelong Perry County resident, Amy has a long history of community and educational leadership. She connected with PCCF through the CEO program and is passionate about supporting local businesses, encouraging entrepreneurship, and helping students build their futures in Perry County.

Jeff Layton
Jeff Layton serves on the Perry County Community Foundation Board and is the Public Works Director for the City of Perryville. With an engineering background and previous experience at Toyoda Gosei, Jeff brings expertise in infrastructure and community development. He and his wife, Meg, have three children. Jeff is known for his creativity in community fundraising, including leading the “Bucks for Beards” campaign to support tornado relief efforts in March 2025.

Katie Cissell
Katie Cissell serves on the Perry County Community Foundation Board. She is the PR/HR Administrator at Richardet Floor Covering and a lifelong Perry County resident. A 2008 Perryville High School graduate, she earned her Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resource Management from Southeast Missouri State University. She was first introduced to PCCF through the Gettin’ Sauced BBQ Competition fund and is passionate about helping local organizations grow through PCCF’s resources, particularly by strengthening foundations that support area school districts.

Carlene Rauh
Carlene Rauh serves on the Perry County Community Foundation Board and is a longtime Perryville resident. A retired paralegal and former Research & Planning Director, she has dedicated decades to community service through organizations including St. Vincent School Board, the Perry County Military History Museum, and the Hill of Peace Historical Society. Carlene and her husband, John, have two grown daughters, four grandchildren, and a Ragdoll cat named Sammy. Guided by the philosophy that “service to others is the rent you pay for your room here on earth,” she is passionate about promoting community involvement throughout Perry County.

Dennis Bohnert
Dennis Bohnert serves on the Perry County Community Foundation Board and is President of First State Community Bank. A Perryville resident for 47 years, he has been with FSCB for 23 years and brings extensive experience in banking and community leadership. Dennis and his wife, Renea, have seven children, and he enjoys travel, sports, gardening, and is a self-described big movie buff. He is motivated by helping the community and celebrating the achievements of local humanitarian efforts.

Brent Buerck
Brent Buerck serves as an ex-officio member of the Perry County Community Foundation Board in his role as City Administrator for the City of Perryville. He is a dedicated supporter of PCCF’s mission and is known for his willingness to get involved in creative community initiatives, including agreeing to shave his beard in the style voted on by the community for the “Bucks for Beards” campaign supporting tornado relief efforts in March 2025.

Trish Erzfeld
Trish Erzfeld serves as an ex-officio member of the Perry County Community Foundation Board in her role as Director of Perry County Heritage Tourism. A lifelong Perryville resident, she brings extensive experience in leadership and community engagement, serving on boards including the Perry County Historical Society, Missouri Humanities Council, and Perry County Creative Arts. Trish enjoys genealogy, crafts, and travel—and recently discovered a dinosaur leg bone on a Badlands fossil hunt, which will be named after her. She lives in Perryville with her husband, Dave, and daughter, Kaycie, and is dedicated to connecting community initiatives with tourism and heritage development.

Jennifer Janet
Jennifer Janet, a lifelong Perryville resident, serves as an advisory member of the Perry County Community Foundation Board. She is a real estate broker and owner of 573 Realty Group and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance. Jennifer has served on numerous local and professional boards, including the REALTORS Land Institute and Immanuel Lutheran Church Concordia Ladies Aid. She and her husband, Nic, have two sons, Samuel and Alex, and she enjoys reading, running, traveling, and spending time outdoors. Jennifer is passionate about giving back to the community and supporting initiatives that leave a lasting impact on Perry County.

Scott Sattler
Scott Sattler serves as an advisory member on the Perry County Community Foundation Board. He is an economic development professional with Sattler & Associates in Perryville. A transformational leader, he brings expertise in strategic planning, economic and workforce development, and disaster recovery. Scott is passionate about supporting entrepreneurship, enhancing employer ecosystems, and advancing regional initiatives that strengthen the community.

Kelli Behrle
Kelli Behrle, a former board member and now advisory member of the Perry County Community Foundation Board, works in marketing for Citizens Electric Corporation in Perryville. She specializes in strategic communications and is a passionate advocate for economic development, driving growth and community impact. Kelli and her husband, Avery, have two sons and are dedicated to supporting initiatives that strengthen Perry County.

Frank Robinson
Frank Robinson, a founding board member and now advisory member of the Perry County Community Foundation Board, is CEO of Robinson Construction in Perryville. Married to Joanie, they have one son, Andrew. As a visionary in bringing PCCF to life, Frank continues to support the Foundation’s initiatives and is deeply committed to strengthening the Perry County community.

Tribute to our Veterans
Missouri's National Veterans Memorial
Missouri’s National Veterans Memorial is a newly formed, nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization based in Perryville, Mo., that is dedicated to honoring our nation’s veterans. The memorial began as the vision of several local veterans and citizens who wanted to honor and respect their fellow brothers-and-sisters-in-arms, including those currently serving.

Foundation Coordinator
Michelle Davis
Michelle Davis is the Perry County Community Foundation Coordinator. Michelle has resided in Perryville since 2001 and has a long history of service in local and federal roles, including as Postmaster of Saint Mary. Michelle and her husband, Thomas, have a son, Colten, and manage a farm with horses, dogs, cats, and cattle. She enjoys horse riding, attending local events, and is motivated by helping Perryville become the best it can be.
